Matita Tshabalala is a seasoned aviation professional with 20 years experience in this field. He worked in different departments from operations, HR, safety and strategy. He spent most of his time in safety contributing positively to the safety performance of the organisation by designing safety and human performance programmes. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

He is an organisational psychologist registered with the Health Profession Council Of South Africa.
